To re-design the offices and shop front for a contemporary estate agents in Belsize Park.

The overall scheme was based around the company’s new logo and the colour scheme was in keeping with it.

The front-of-house area was bold and striking with an LED display screen where client’s can view the latest properties from the street. Fluorescent green Perspex pendants could be seen from the street and serve as lighting for the client reception area. This was to match the new bespoke reception desk which was clad in ‘edge lit’ green Perspex.

The graphic application had to reflect the ethos of the company and served as a mission statement to their clients. The back-of-house was space planned with precision as the space was small and had to not look cluttered.
